IIM Indore Shines in Record-Breaking Placement Season: Over 590 Students Bagged Offers with the Highest CTC of Rs 1 Crore

Indore, February 16, 2024: The Indian Institute of Management Indore (IIMI) has concluded its final placement season for the 2022–24 batch on a high note, achieving 100% placement for its 594 students. This impressive feat signifies the institute's commitment to career development and its students' strong industry demand.

Highlights of the placement season:

594 students were placed: This includes students from both the two-year Post Graduate Programme (PGP) and the five-year Integrated Programme in Management (IPM).

Highest CTC of Rs 1 crore: This exceptional offer was made to a student in the sales and marketing domain by a leading e-commerce company, showcasing the diverse and lucrative career opportunities available to IIMI graduates.

Average CTC of Rs 25.68 lakh: This reflects the overall strong performance of the batch and their high value in the job market.

Median CTC of Rs 24.50 lakh: This indicates that a significant portion of the batch received competitive offers.

Over 150 recruiters participated. This diverse pool of companies signifies the wide-ranging appeal of IIMI graduates across various industries.
