Lovely Professional University has released the application form for the test centre-based LPUNEST 2023 exam. Conducting authorities have also announced the dates related to the test centre-based LPU NEST 2023 exam. Candidates seeking admission through test centre-based LPU NEST 2023 must apply on or before January 20, 2023. Candidates will be able to book LPU NEST 2023 exam slot from January 5, 2023 onwards.
What is LPUNEST?
LPUNEST is the acronym for Lovely Professional University National Entrance and Scholarship Test. It is conducted in online mode every year for admission to more than 150 programs. The test acts as an Entrance Test as well as Scholarship Test. The amount of scholarship is determined by the marks and rank obtained by candidates in the exam. In the NIRF Ranking, 2023 LPU appears in Top 100 in its most crucial Overall Category, which includes IITs and Central Universities. LPU is also ranked 51st on the list of all the government and private universities in the country.

For the above-mentioned Schedule, the Mode of Exam will be Test Centre Based.
Subsequent Rounds after Round-I (as mentioned above) will be conducted, only if seats remain vacant.
Seats falling vacant after the above-mentioned rounds will be filled on a first come first serve basis, subject to satisfying eligibility criteria as mentioned in Prospectus-2023.
Applicants are strongly advised not to wait for the last dates mentioned above and apply as well as possible and appear for the exam at the earliest to avoid last minute rush.
This is the tentative schedule, any of the date(s) and other details as mentioned above are subject to change at the discretion of the University.
LPUNEST 2023 Application Process
Candidates who are eligible for filling out the application form can apply for the exam online and offline. To submit the application form in online mode, candidates should visit admissions.ipu.in to complete the application process. On the other hand, candidates who want to apply offline should reach to the University campus and collect LPUNEST kit by paying the requisite fee.
LPUNEST 2023 Eligibility Criteria
Lovely Professional University National Entrance and Scholarship Test (LPUNEST) is a university-level entrance examination conducted by Lovely Professional University (LPU) for admission to various undergraduate and postgraduate courses. The eligibility criteria for LPUNEST 2023 are as follows:
Nationality: Indian and Foreign National candidates can apply for LPUNEST 2023.
Age Limit: There is no age limit to apply for LPUNEST 2023.
Educational Qualification: The educational qualification required for LPUNEST 2023 varies according to the course applied for. Here are the details:
For B.Tech Programmes:
The candidate should have passed 10+2 or equivalent with minimum 60% aggregate marks in Physics, Mathematics, and English.
Candidates should also have passed in Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology/Technical Vocational subject with minimum 55% aggregate marks.
For B.Tech. (Biotechnology) programmes, candidates with PCM/PCB are also eligible to apply.
For MBA Programmes:
The candidate should have passed graduation (minimum three years duration) in any discipline with at least 50% aggregate marks.
Candidates appearing in the final year of graduation are also eligible to apply.

LPUNEST 2023 Exam Pattern
LPUNEST exam pattern 2023 will elucidate basic details of the exam such as total questions, marking scheme, exam duration, question type, subjects, etc. Candidates should be well aware of the exam pattern to make a concrete preparation strategy. The question paper shall contain total 125 questions from different subjects and each question shall carry 04 marks.

Candidates can follow LPUNEST preparation tips 2023 in order to obtain good marks in the examination. Some common tips that a candidate should follow while preparing for the exam are:
Familiarity with the syllabus - Proper knowledge of the syllabus keeps the preparation on track.
Notes making - Candidates should make their notes as it is easy to memorize handwritten notes.
Regular revision - Candidates should revise their study material at regular intervals of time so that they can retain the studied things while writing the exam
Solving previous years’ questions - Solving previous years' questions helps in getting an idea of the difficulty level, and types of questions and analyzing the preparation level.

Time management - Time management is very important to attempt all the questions in the stipulated time and it can be achieved by practice.

Sleep better - Candidates should sleep at least 6 to 7 hours as this is the time when the brain rests. Proper sleep is very important for memorizing and recalling things.
