IIM Bangalore Upskills Managers with a New Leadership Coaching Program

The Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIMB) is empowering professionals to unlock their leadership potential with the launch of a new certificate programme in leadership aching. This nine-month programme, offered by the institute's Office of Executive Education Programmes (EEP), equips practising managers and leaders with the skills to become effective coaches and foster positive team dynamics.

Designed for busy professionals, the programme combines in-person and live online sessions for maximum flexibility. The curriculum is divided into three modules, covering the fundamentals of coaching, advanced coaching techniques, and practical skill development. Participants will gain insights from renowned IIMB faculty and expert coaches from Leadership That Works (LTW).
