Diploma in Aeronautical Engineering

A three-year engineering diploma programme in aeronautical engineering. This structure is separated by semesters, with each semester lasting six months. After completing the aviation programme, the student will be awarded a diploma certificate. The All India Council for Technical Education has approved the Aeronautical Diploma (AICTE). Applicants for a Diploma in Aeronautical Engineering will get particular knowledge about the production and maintenance of various parts and tools of air flight-capable devices. The study, design, production, servicing, and testing of aircraft is included in an aeronautical diploma programme. The learner also learns how to control an aeroplane and a rocket.

Eligibility Criteria for a Diploma in Aeronautical Engineering

The candidate who wishes to attend the Aeronautical Engineering programme must meet the following eligibility requirements: -
  • Applicant must be in 10th grade and have a minimum score of 45% with any recognized Board.
  • Applicant can pass the AME CET test and gain admission to one of India's top and respected colleges.

Duration of the Diploma in Aeronautical Engineering Course

The Aeronautical Diploma is a three-year diploma programme broken into six semesters. This course will teach students about the planning, designing, and construction of an aeroplane. This course includes both theoretical and practical sessions in the classroom and laboratory.

Students who wish to pursue a Diploma in Aeronautical Engineering must complete the following procedure:
  • To enroll in the Diploma in Aeronautical Engineering programme, applicants must complete the Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Common Entrance Test form (AME CET).
  • After passing the AME CET Exam, students will be admitted to one of the top and reputable Diploma in Aeronautical Engineering institutes certified by AICTE, Govt. of India, based on their All India Rank (AIR).
