About SRMHCAT 2024

SRM University is scheduled to conduct SRMHCAT 2024 in July of that year. This annual university-level entrance exam serves as a gateway for eligible candidates seeking admission to various UG/PG courses offered by SRM University Delhi-NCR Haryana. The courses span across disciplines such as Engineering/Technology, Finance & Commerce, Management, Arts, Law, and more. Admission decisions will be based on the performance of candidates in SRMHCAT or other recognized national-level exams.

Detailed information regarding the SRMHCAT 2024 application process is provided in the following section:
• The University facilitates admissions through two modes: EAM (Early Admission Mode) and RAM (Regular Admission Mode).
• Early admission mode applications are accepted starting from January/February 2024, while registration for RAM (regular admission mode) commences in June/July 2024.
• Candidates can complete the application form submission through the online mode.
• Due to limited seats in various courses, applicants must ensure timely submission of their applications.
• Admission will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis to those applicants who meet the admission criteria successfully.
• During registration, candidates should ensure accurate and complete details, as applications with errors will not be accepted.
• It is advised to take a printout of the filled application form for any future reference.

Application Fee:
• The application fee, amounting to Rs.1100/-, can be submitted through online/offline modes.
• The fee is non-refundable once paid.
• Debit card, credit card, demand draft, and net banking methods are accepted for fee payment.

For B.Tech (CSE):
• Candidates must have passed 10+2 exam or its equivalent from a recognized university/ institution.
• Students must have passed qualifying exam with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one among Chemistry/ Biology/ Biotechnology/ CS/ IT/ Informatics Practices/ Engineering Graphics/ Agriculture/ Technical Vocational subject/ Engineering Graphics/ Agriculture/ Business studies.
• Students must have obtained at least of 50% marks in the above subjects taken together in qualifying exam.

For MBA:
• Applying candidate must have bachelor’s degree (3 years duration) from a recognized university/ institution.
• Candidate must have obtained atleast of 50% in qualifying exam and qualifying SRMHCAT or CAT or MAT or CMAT or NMAT and Interview.

For BCA:
• Applying candidates must have passed 10+2 or its equivalent exam with 50% marks with English as one of the subjects from a recognized board or university OR
• 3 years diploma course conducted by State Board of Technical Education or any other exam after SSC (10th) recognized by SBTE with minimum aggregate of 50% marks as equivalent thereto.

To download SRMHCAT admit card 2024, candidates have to login online on the website. Only the successfully registered candidates will be able to download the admit cards. After downloading it, the candidates must read complete exam instructions mentioned on it. In the month of July 2024, the link will be operative for accessing the admit cards. Students will be also informed through mail or SMS regarding publication of hall tickets.

SRMHCAT Result 2024 will be made available after few days of successful conclusion of exams. Students are required to enter their login id and password to check their results. Also, scorecards will be available for downloading after result declaration. In the month of July/ august 2024, results will be published on the website. The names of such students will be mentioned in the merit list who will successfully qualify the exam. They will be considered eligible for further participation in admission process.

After results will be declared, SRMHCAT Counselling 2024 process will get started. It will begin in the month of August 2024 through online/ offline mode. Students must be present at the counselling venues as per the schedule intimated to them. At the time of counselling, students must bring their documents/ certificates for verification. Only the students providing valid certificates and submitting fee on time will be considered for final admission.

• Registration: Complete the registration process by providing general information, including personal details, address, gender, and category. Click on the "Register" button.
• User Credentials: Upon successful registration, you will receive your user ID and password via the registered email ID and phone number.
• Application Form: Fill in the application form with accurate details such as name, mobile number, email ID, date of birth, etc.
• Document Upload:Upload the latest photograph and signature in accordance with the specified guidelines.
• Verification and Submission: After reviewing the entered information, click on the "Save and Final Submit" button.
• Fee Payment: Pay the online registration fee using both online and offline modes.
• Confirmation: Retain a copy of the application form and the fee receipt for future reference.
