Application Form for REAP 2024 will be released in the month of May 2024.

About Reap :

The Rajasthan Engineering Admission Process (REAP) is a comprehensive counseling and admission process overseen by the Centre of Electronic Governance (CEG) Rajasthan, acting on behalf of Rajasthan Technical University (RTU). This process facilitates the admission of qualified candidates into BTech programs within the state. The aim is to admit eligible candidates to undergraduate engineering programs leading to a Bachelor's degree across various disciplines of Engineering through a systematic counseling approach. The REAP admission procedure is executed in collaboration with government-aided and private unaided technical institutions in Rajasthan, excluding BITS Pilani, MNIT Jaipur, and other Deemed and private Universities.

The candidates who will fulfill the eligibility criteria given below will be able to apply for REAP 2024:

For B. Tech Course:
• Qualification: The candidates must pass 12th class or equivalent from any recognized board.
• Marks: The candidates must obtain at least 45% marks (40% marks for SC/ ST category candidates) to be eligible.
• Subject: In qualifying exam, candidates must pass with Physics & Mathematics as compulsory subject along with any one from Chemistry/ Computer Science or any Technical Vocational subject.
• Appearing: Those candidates appearing in final year in 2024 will be also eligible to apply for admission.

For B.Arch. Course:
• Qualification: Candidates must qualify 12th level or must pass Diploma exam from any recognized board/ institute.
• Subject: To be eligible, candidate must pass with Mathematics as compulsory subject.
• Marks:In qualifying exam, one must obtain at least 50% marks to be eligible for admission.
• Score: One must have a valid score in NATA 2023 to be eligible for admission.

REAP 2024 Merit List
The REAP 2024 Merit List is scheduled to be released in the first week of July 2024 and will exclusively feature candidates with successfully submitted registration forms. Disseminated through online channels, this merit list will showcase the names of shortlisted candidates in accordance with the rank list for the counseling process. In the event of any objections against the merit list, candidates are required to submit them within the stipulated schedule. Following the conclusion of the objection period, the authority will compile the final merit list.

The registration process for REAP 2024 is anticipated to commence in June. Applicants must exclusively utilize the official website for filling out the REAP application form. The application procedure involves several sequential steps, encompassing the payment of the stipulated fee, form completion, and choice locking.

• E-Mitra Kiosk: Rs 700 + Rs 50 (charge)
• Online Payment: Rs 700

Filling of Application Form:
• After the successful payment of the fee, candidates can input their personal, communication, and educational details.

Uploading of Documents:
• Following the data entry, candidates are required to upload their photograph and signature, adhering to the specified formats and sizes:
• Photograph: JPG, 80 KB - 100 KB
• Signature: JPG, 30 KB - 50 KB

Submission of Application Form:
• Upon uploading the documents, candidates are to submit the REAP 2024 application form. No amendments can be made to the form post-submission.

Choice Filling:
• Subsequent to the application form submission, aspirants are granted the opportunity to fill and lock their preferences regarding colleges and courses.

1. The counselling process will unfold in three rounds, with an additional special (spot) round.
2. In the initial counselling round, seats will be allocated to candidates from outside Rajasthan, while candidates within the state with domicile status will be accommodated in the second counselling round.
3. The concluding round is designated for candidates who have chosen the option of upward movement.
