NTA releases JEE Main Exam Dates along with the official notification. NTA is likely to conduct JEE Main 2023 twice (in April and May). JEE Main 2023 Phase 1 is to be conducted in the fourth week of April and JEE Main 2023 Phase 2 in the fourth week of May 2023 (tentatively). Candidates appearing or have passed class 12th from a recognized board are eligible to appear in JEE Main 2023.

Will there be JEE in 2023?

UGC is considering merging JEE Main and NEET with CUET. However, according to the Union Minister of Education, Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Mr. Dharmendra Pradhan, there is no immediate proposal for merging the three exams. Also, it will take at least two years to decide and conduct a combined test.

In line with the past trends of holding JEE Main over multiple dates, JEE Main 2023 exam date for Phase 1 and Phase 2 will also be spread over multiple days.
