About IPU CET

 Admission into GGSIPU for the session commencing in 2024 will be determined through the IPU CET 2024, which covers 45 different courses. To excel in the examination, candidates must familiarize themselves with the exam pattern, encompassing question types, exam mode, covered sections, marking scheme, and more. IPU CET, a state university-level exam, serves as the gateway for admissions into various disciplines such as engineering, law, computer applications, management, and numerous other courses. It is crucial for candidates to acquire comprehensive knowledge about the exam pattern and tailor their preparation strategies accordingly.

• The IPU CET application form for 2024 will be available in the last week of March 2024.
• Candidates can fill the application form online only; no other mode will be provided.
• To complete the application process, candidates need to enter details such as name, contact information, gender, date of birth, and other required information.
• Uploading the necessary documents like photograph and signature is mandatory for all applicants.
• The authorities will provide a correction facility for registered candidates to rectify any mistakes in the filled form.
• To complete the application process, candidates need to submit the prescribed application fee.
• After completing all the steps of the application, it is recommended to take a hardcopy of the form for future reference and the admission procedure.

For B.Tech:
• Qualification: Candidates must have passed class 12th or its equivalent from a recognized board.
• Subjects: Candidates must have passed Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and English.
• Age Limit: The candidate's age should not exceed 21 years as of August 1st, 2024, for all UG programmes except MBBS.
• Marks: Candidates must have scored a minimum of 55% aggregate marks.

For Masters of Arts (Mass Communication):
• Qualification: Candidates must be graduates in any discipline from a recognized university.
• Age Limit: The age limit should not exceed 35 years as of August 1st, 2024, for all other PG courses.
• Marks: Candidates must have scored a minimum of 50% aggregate marks.

For M.Tech:
• Qualification: Candidates must have a B.Tech/BE degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent. M.Sc IT, MCA, and other eligible candidates can also apply.
• Entrance Exam: Candidates must have qualified GATE, CET, or CUET to apply for the M.Tech course.
• Age Limit: For all other PG programmes, the age limit should not exceed 35 years as of August 1st, 2024.
• Marks: Candidates must have obtained at least 60% marks or equivalent in the qualifying examination.
