About the Exam

CUCET 2023 will be held in July 2023 for a variety of UG/PG programmes. The National Testing Agency organises the CUCET (Common University Entrance Test) (NTA). It is a required exam for admission to several UG level programmes at major central institutions, including the University of Delhi, BHU, AMU, and JNU. CUCET also holds CUCET PG examinations for admission to several Postgraduate level programmes.

The CUCET is administered at 154 exam sites around the country. Candidates who pass CUCET would be able to enrol in PG and UG programmes at reputable Indian universities/institutions. Application Form CUCET 2023

  • The CUCET 2023 Application Form will be accessible online.
  • The application form for the UG course will be available from the first week of April to the first week of May 2023.
  • The application form for the PG programme will be available in the second week of May through the second week of June 2023.
  • Candidates must complete the application form by providing personal information, educational qualifications, university/program selection, test paper specifics, examination city selection, and so on.
  • Scanned photos of the candidate's portrait, signature, category certificate, and PWD certificate should be uploaded.
  • Candidates may make adjustments to their CUCET 2023 application form beginning in the final week of May 2023. (UG).
  • Candidates must print out the application form for future reference.

How to Apply for CUCET 2023?

  • Step 1: Go to the CUCET 2023 test website.
  • Step 2: To register for the CUCET, click the "Register" button.
  • Step 3: Candidates must fill out personal information such as their name, father's name, mother's name, permanent residence, and so on.
  • Step 4: Next, you must select a password and input the security pin.
  • Step 5: Candidates can examine and check their personal information before clicking the "Submit and send OTP to mobile" button to proceed.
  • Step 6: Once the OTP has been successfully verified, candidates can login with their application form number and password.
  • Step 7: Candidates must choose a university, slot, and exam centre.
  • Step 8: Candidates must upload documentation such as a photograph and signature.
  • Step 9: Candidates can now pay for the application form using one of the available payment methods.
  • Step 10: Save the application form printed for future reference.

CUCET 2023 Eligibility Criteria

The general CUCET qualifying criteria for the 2023 session are as follows:
  • Age Restrictions: There are no age restrictions for applicants. Candidates must, however, examine the age requirements of the universities to which they are applying.
  • A applicant for the UG programme must have completed class 12th (10+2) from a recognised board/university. Those who fail one or two topics will be deemed disqualified.
  • A candidate for the PG Programme must have a bachelor's degree in a relevant subject from a recognised university, with at least 50% marks in graduation (45% marks for students from the reserved category).

CUCET 2023 Syllabus

The following is the syllabus for the CUCET 2023 exam:

Sections IA and IB: Language will be assessed by Reading Comprehension (based on several sorts of passages-Factual, Literary, and Narrative [Literary Aptitude & Vocabulary]).
For part II, candidates must prepare using the NCERT 12th syllabus.
Section III: General Knowledge, Current Affairs, General Mental Ability, Numerical Ability, Quantitative Reasoning (Simple application of fundamental mathematical concepts arithmetic/algebra geometry/mensuration/stat taught until Grade 8), Logical and Analytical Reasoning
